As a new and innovative role in Home Group, the Health and Wellbeing Coaches will work as a team with the Senior Client Services Manager Christina and all our brilliant partner providers in Bath. You will use an asset based coaching approach to provide the necessary tools and information to assist people to build their own personal resilience, improve lifestyle choices and prepare for independence by building on their own individual skills. You’ll be part of Home Group in which motivation and creativity is essential as is resilience and a huge sense of humour. As this is a brand new service, Christina will give you the freedom to make the role your own and to evolve, to be imaginative and energised while remaining professional, strategic and outcomes focused and building on your confidence and skills to deliver a brilliant service to brilliant people.
