About the role Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time Bilingual Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Plasma Operations team. The Plasma Operations team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by collecting plasma in a safe manner to enable safe products which save lives every day. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and identifying leads, building pipeline of potential donors, building relationships and ensuring the growth and maintenance of high quality, committed donor base. You will be responsible for community engagement and maintaining a good public image for the donation centre to ensure there is ongoing public support.
