We share our expertise and experience with students and make study and immigration plans that best suit them; we help them solve problems they will encounter in their studies and life in Canada and lead them step by step toward their dream. Now, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Education Consulting Service Manager to join our team! Job Duties: Oversee and direct the store operation; develop and implement international education consulting service delivery plans in accordance with our goals and objectives Establish service procedures; maintain a high confidentiality of clients’ information and documentation Ensure compliance with the industry laws, regulations and policies Respond to clients’ inquiries, concerns and issues in a timely and courteous manner Guide the marketing staff to conduct market research and marketing activities, including social media account updates, video recording, etc. Improve the types of services and adjust prices to meet market changes Manage and train the staff and assign tasks Keep up with the cutting-edge information in the industry and adjust the services timely Analyze data and metrics related to service delivery for decision-making and service improvement Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with third parties Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective store operation Recruitment, interview, and train new staff Report to the direct Qualifications: College diploma in a related field or experience in customer service or a related industry Service experience in a similar setting is required Work experience in the education or immigration field is preferred Service.
