The Quality Control Technician will perform quality control testing services for aggregate production (process control) and the sales department (shipping and customer service). He/ She will lead process improvement projects to optimize product mixes and production. This position includes supervisory responsibility and the ability to direct process changes and partner with site management & sales team to maintain aggregate products within customer targets. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Sampling & Testing Production/Shipping- Sample aggregate products following CBM sampling policy and safety procedures. Perform aggregate tests (gradations, physical properties) in accordance with specified test methods. Report in a timely and clear fashion the quality of products with regard to production issues (targets, causes, solutions) and shipping issues (end user requirements).
