Interim Head of Maintenance – DLO Development Flexible base: hybrid working across our new North-West repairs and maintenance service Fixed term – 6 months, full time (37.5 hpw) c£70,000 - £75,000 per annum (negotiable on experience) plus car allowance of £5055 per annum and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as interim Head of Maintenance at this exciting time of operational growth and change. You’ll lead on DLO design, development and mobilisation of our Home Group Repairs service in North Lakes, working closely with operational teams and contractors in ensuring a smooth transition as we bring DLO delivery back inhouse. You’ll drive and shape service excellence and supercharge performance to provide reliable and consistent services for our customers, delivering on our customer promise. Typical day as our Head of Maintenance for DLO Development Working with David our Director of Maintenance and other senior leaders across our Repairs and Maintenance function, you’ll provide strategic leadership for change management for DLO business design and development enabling our North Lakes services to rapidly move, bringing people with you on the journey. Developing and delivering operating plans in line with our strategy for responsive and voids maintenance with a laser sharp focus on customer and colleague experience and driving consistent and reliable services with continuous improvement. Successfully leading this operational business change, setting up our teams for success including a smooth and seamless transition for colleagues joining us from current contractors as well as new colleagues. Ensuring we are delivering at the right costs by keeping close control of our budgets and leading our teams to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies.
