They are now looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team. The Role: You will play a pivotal role in handling various residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold property sales, purchases, new builds, transfers of equity, and equity release. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters. Investigate freehold and leasehold plot titles. Act for purchasers on local and regional new build developments. Work with cash investors and mortgage clients. Requirements: Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer, Conveyancer, or in a similar role. Possess minimum 2 years experience in Residential Conveyancing Competency in handling freehold and leasehold plot titles. Skilled in representing purchasers in new build developments.
