This company has a passion for wellbeing and an ambitious plan to expand Nationwide. The client has a large following and some excellent exposure through brand recognition. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the team to lead the sales in both the ON and OFF trade market in the UK. The Business Development Manager will report directly to the founder and be responsible for growing the business financially, leading sales across the country and vital in brand awareness. The ideal Business Development Manager will be hungry for sales, have ambitions around progression and love all aspects of brand engagement. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for selling, promoting and delivering the company’s product portfolio and delivering its revenue targets Develop and implement strategies to deliver on growth of the business Building new business along with maintaining current accounts – both in the On / Off trade market and B2B. Dealing with independent, groups, wholesalers and activations – will require a vast amount of industry knowledge Acting as a Brand Ambassador to and for clients and consumers Planning, organising and facilitating client meetings Driving sales and revenue The Ideal Business Development Manager candidate: Proven track record in Business Development in both the ON and OFF trade drinks market in the UKNetwork of contacts across the UK in all sectors to build the brand Be a self-starter who is driven to succeed, target and financially driven A customer-oriented approach to account management which aims to exceed expectations. A strong and assertive style to self-management and motivation.
