In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Service Now solutions to meet business needs. If you have a strong technical background, a passion for architecting innovative solutions, and a desire to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now architectural designs. Develop and implement Service Now configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet business objectives. Lead end-to-end Service Now implementations, including system architecture design, configuration, and testing. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Conduct regular performance backssments and optimization of the Service Now platform. Stay up-to-date with Service Now product releases, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and seamless integration with existing systems. Requirements: Extensive experience as a Service Now Architect, with a deep understanding of the Service Now platform and its modules. Strong knowledge of IT Service Management ITSM processes and best practices. Proficient in designing and implementing Service Now configurations, customizations, and integrations using Java Script, HTML, CSS, and Glide API. Demonstrated expertise in Service Now platform architecture and system integrations REST, SOAP, JSON, LDAP, etc.Experience with Service Now Orchestration, Discovery, and MID Server configuration is highly desirable.
