Our client has instructed us on a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role and is looking for someone who is wanting to hit the ground running and manage their own traditional, low volume caseload. Your other day-to-day responsibilities for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role may include: • Run a caseload of leasehold/freehold, purchases and sales and remortgage matters• Liaising with clients and third parties• Providing supervision and support for the wider team members• Taking part in business initiatives and networking opportunities• Providing sound and professional advice to clients• Managing the preparation of documents and correspondence• Maintaining and developing your own client base The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years’ PQE, is ambitious, has fantastic client care skills and wanting is to develop on already existing assets.
