We're seeking a dedicated People Administrator to provide an effective customer-focused service throughout. In the role of the People Administrator, you will be: Ensuring learning and development events are arranged efficiently Retaining accurate records of attendance and details of course content and evaluation Raising purchase orders and maintaining and updating systems Coordinate meetings, seminars and training events while liaising with appropriate individuals Other administration duties as and when required. To be considered for the People Administrator role you must have: Great organisational and communication skills Have a basic DBS or willingness to undertake one A full driver’s licence with business insurance Computer literate including MS Office packages Administration and data handling experience This role is offered on a 6-month contract. Working hours are 25 hours per week. Based at their modern offices near Conwy however, hybrid working is offered.
